African Petroleum Plc (AP) is an oil marketer of petroleum refined petroleum products. The Company has a presence in 36 states of Nigeria and Abuja, with over 500 company-owned, dealer-assisted and dealer-developed retail outlets spread across the country. The Company also manufactures and markets a range of BP-branded lubricants at its 50,000 metric ton lubricant blending plant at the AP Apapa installation. The Company has also diversified into chemicals and bitumen sales and insecticide manufacture, with real estate development and oil services handled by its subsidiaries, AP Properties Limited and AP Oil Services Nigeria Limited respectively.
